Thirty-First Shower-[Written, dated to be during Xion's battle]

[During Xion's all-out village fight, Kairi stayed behind with Sora in their apartment. Currently she's more or less keeping a vigil over the still unconcious brunette but she'll occasionally glance out the window to watch what's happening with everybody and Xion.]

Well, at least they're keeping it away from the village a bit. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be more worried about, the people fighting her, or the fact that they're trying to kill her.

I'm not even sure who's out there fighting, but knowing that Riku, Axel, and Roxas are out there definitely isn't that settling. Who knows who else is risking themselves right now?

I have no idea if the ones fighting her are going to have time to check this, but if you're reading this later? Let me know.

...well, that's just depressing. Um. Hey! What's everybody else doing? Somebody change the subject for me. ~~Please?~~

I'm not planning on it. But even if it doesn't notice me, that's not going to stop it from stepping on me if it comes this way!

She won't. I hope. I've been keeping an eye out, so far they've been good at staying out toward the edge of town in the forest to fight and knock the monster out.

Knock it out? They're not getting rid of it?

[She pauses for a moment before she speaks, sounding a little sad actually.] It'll die when they wear it out enough.

...Well, good. [But she sounds mildly puzzled. Was that a sad tone to the other girl's voice? Who felt sorry for monsters? Off-put by this confusion, she doesn't press for what Kairi knows about the monster's origin.] I just hope there aren't any more of these. I had enough from those butterflies.

I tried avoiding those butterflies as much as possible. But you're right about that, I hope there aren't any more after this. It's getting out of hand.

One of my housemates captured one in a jar. [She still sounds miffed about it.] At least this one is getting dealt with.

Yeah, this one shouldn't be bad as soon as they get it under control. ...they kept it? Still?

...I don't know. I haven't heard about it since, but...I'm not sure what would be worse--if he still has it, or if he just let it loose somewhere.

I'd prefer if there was more than just glass between those things and me. What if it breaks?

Then we better invest in some pretty strong butterfly nets.

I'm not getting close enough to it that I could use a net.

If it escapes, he had better be the one catching it again, or shooing it someplace it won't hurt anyone. But it had better not escape.

Lock the jar in another box maybe? Might work.
