Kairi
[She's not oblivious; Kairi's been keeping an eye on the calendar the last couple of weeks and knows that Valentine's Day is fast approaching. The problem is that she's not exactly in the mood to celebrate this year...last year she had Jacob. The year before that, she had Sora. And the year before that, she had Axel, even if it wasn't someone she wanted to have at the time.

This year though? There's no one. Axel and Jacob are both gone, and Sora doesn't...

...maybe it's not important. Maybe she just had to move on, keep busy.

And so keep busy she did. For the last few weeks, housemates might have noticed that Kairi's been in her room a lot with boxes and boxes of beads, stones, strings, jewels and other things she's been collecting scattered on the floor. Housemates might also have noticed that the kitchen's been filling up with homemade cookies and candy.

It's on this day though that she realizes that she may have gone a little overboard trying to distract herself. When you reach a point where there's jewelry hanging off the walls and there's no counter space in the kitchen, you start to notice that you should probably cool your jets. With that in mind, she opens the journal to address the village at large.]

All right, I'll come out and say it. We all know Valentine's Day is next week, but how many of you still need presents for that special someone? Or even just presents for your friends? The only reason I'm asking is because I have an offer for you all. [And she'll turn the journal so the camera can capture the large stack of cookies and the display of jewelry she set out. Mostly handmade bracelets, necklaces and charms.]

I'll even extend the offer and say if you're interested in learning, I can teach people how to make things themselves. I know it's not a lot but it's something, isn't it? Let me know.

[Otherwise, yes, she's going to avoid talking about the holiday at all. She'll be at her house in the kitchen, once again baking to keep herself busy. This time it's truffles.]
