[She's been back from the battle for a couple of days, and even though she spent the first few resting on and off and visiting with people, Kairi's starting to grow restless.

Having a broken leg really doesn't do much for her activity.

Thankfully, Mia made it seem (and feel) as though it wouldn't take long at all to heal.

So today, Lucetians, if you were to open your journal you would probably be greeted with a bunch of stars. Stars of all shapes, sizes, colors and designs. She's currently drawing and then coloring in the outlines.]

So just how old is too old for coloring books anyway? Don't laugh, it's a real question. I'm running out of options...I mean the company I've had has been nice, but I'm not going to force them to stay here.

Let's pretend you were stuck inside your room for a while. What would you do to entertain yourself?

I've been thinking about what to do when this is over though. I think I'd like to start getting involved more, helping people. [Sora and Riku were both part of the Blue Rogues at one point. Xion wanted to become a doctor. What was she doing? What should she be doing?] I just wonder what the best way to do that would be. I guess I'll look over options later.

[And so she'll go back to drawing. Anyone who knows where House 14 is is welcome to visit her. Otherwise she'll be listening for anyone speaking to her.]

[give Sora a few minutes to think very long and hard about this. anything is a pretty big deal, after all!]

Let me know when you figure it all out then. [And she comes up with two pieces of fruit from the fridge.] Looks like that's what we've got that's quick and easy.

Looks good to me! Here-- [Sora reaches for the fruit. he'll be useful and wash them off.]

Oh, thanks. [She'll hand them over and hobble to the table, taking a seat there. Maybe a little too much effort here.]

[Sora can tell, though his expression doesn't show it. you take it easy, biffle, let him take care of you.]

[And she'll just be watching him quietly. Sora's...grown a lot, hasn't he? It's weird to think about how once they were the same age and now so many things were different.]

...hey Sora? Do you remember when I told you to never change?

Mm? Yeah, I remember. What about it?

I think I want to take that back. I like you more this way.

This way-- wait, I've changed?

Not too much. You've just grown up a little more. You and Riku both. Does that make sense?

I... Yeah, it does. I'm just glad I turned out all right, I guess.

You both did. More than all right. ...Sora you've done so much that nobody else could ever do, and I don't think you really realize it.

[you're right on the munny there, Kairi. he's clueless.]

I... did? [but plenty of people have Keyblades. any one of them could have helped-- heck, maybe they did on worlds Sora never got a chance to see.]

You never gave up. That's the first important thing. And you sacrificed yourself. That's the second...[She can only think of a few people that would really go in and stab themselves to save her, but only one of them did and that's important to her.]

[Sora just smiles at that, all sorts of sheepish and not sure what to say.]

Well, I-- [won't stop him from trying, though, but that's as far as he gets. he just thinks that anybody would have done the same for his friends-- and especially for Kairi-- if they were in his shoes.]

...what is it? [Come on, Sora. You can trust her.]

... It's nothing. I just did what anybody else would have done, right?

That's the thing though. It's hard to tell if everybody else would have done it. There are some people that aren't that selfless.

Well, I-- I don't-- well--

[aww, Kairi, you've gone and made him all embarrassed now. hang on, he's going to try to duck and hide his face for a second.]

Come on, don't be like that. You know what I'm saying is true. Why are you embarrassed?
