[She's been back from the battle for a couple of days, and even though she spent the first few resting on and off and visiting with people, Kairi's starting to grow restless.

Having a broken leg really doesn't do much for her activity.

Thankfully, Mia made it seem (and feel) as though it wouldn't take long at all to heal.

So today, Lucetians, if you were to open your journal you would probably be greeted with a bunch of stars. Stars of all shapes, sizes, colors and designs. She's currently drawing and then coloring in the outlines.]

So just how old is too old for coloring books anyway? Don't laugh, it's a real question. I'm running out of options...I mean the company I've had has been nice, but I'm not going to force them to stay here.

Let's pretend you were stuck inside your room for a while. What would you do to entertain yourself?

I've been thinking about what to do when this is over though. I think I'd like to start getting involved more, helping people. [Sora and Riku were both part of the Blue Rogues at one point. Xion wanted to become a doctor. What was she doing? What should she be doing?] I just wonder what the best way to do that would be. I guess I'll look over options later.

[And so she'll go back to drawing. Anyone who knows where House 14 is is welcome to visit her. Otherwise she'll be listening for anyone speaking to her.]

I think she'd like that. Come over whenever you want, the box with the shells and beads and everything shouldn't be too hard to reach.

Sure thing! Just gimme a few minutes, and I'll be right over.

[He's gotta get ready first, though. Silly derp.]

I'll see you soon. [She. Kind of got that impression. And so she'll be waiting and drawing until he gets there.]

[Well, Ven doesn't like to keep his friends waiting, so Kairi should expect him before long. Helps that he can see the house now, doesn't it?]

Hope I didn't take too long.

Just in time. [She's sitting up and she's pretty alert. There's a box of stuff she's trying to fish from under the bed though.] How's it going?

Not too bad. Things are finally winding down after the draft, so I've been trying to take it easy.

[He should... take a seat. Maybe in a chair? Yeah, that works.]

[Might as well. There are plenty of them.] Yeah...you walked out of it all okay, right? I didn't get to see the end.

I made it out okay. I did most of the fighting in my armor, so the most I got was a bruise or two.

[Sorta. He was extremely exhausted, too.]

That armor definitely comes in handy...all three of you have similar suits, right?

Yep! It's meant to protect us from the darkness, but it's useful in fights, too.

Does it ever get cracked and damaged?

It's never happened to me, but I guess it's possible...

[It happened in the original BBS promo video, after all.]

Be careful. That's all I ask...

But enough about that. You're here to learn, right? What do you think Aqua would like more, a necklace or a bracelet?

[He nods; Ven's definitely careful when it comes to those drafts.]

I think she'd be happy with either, but I bet she'd look pretty with a necklace...

I think so, too. [And she's hoisting that box of materials onto her bed.] I've got beads and shells and charms and some other stuff...take a look and pick out what you think she'd like.

Got it!

[And he'll do just that, picking out the prettiest shells and beads he can find. Probably some blue-ish stuff, if there is any.]

[And while he's doing that, she's getting ready with some cord material she has to make the actual necklace portion, cutting a long enough length and evening it out.] Those are going to look really nice on her. I'm going to start you off with an easy necklace. Okay?

Works for me! I should probably start small, anyway.

[He's paying very close attention, though. Kairi knows all.]

See if you're lucky, most of these things will already have holes in them, so it's a matter of threading them on the cord. [And she demonstrates, grouping together a bunch of beads before she's tying off a knot to separate them.]

So as long as there's a whole, I just gotta string 'em through?

[Hm, well that makes sense.]

But what if they don't have a hole yet?

Well then you have to make one. [She grabs two shells and a nail and hammer.] Now. Take one of the shells, the nail and the hammer and try to drill a hole through this top piece here.

Oh, that doesn't sound too hard.

[He'll give it a shot. It might take him a moment to get the idea, but soon enough, he's made a nice little hole.]

How's this?

...I'm impressed. I tried teaching the boys once and they both broke their shells. Good job, Ven. [And she hands over that cord with the beads.] Stick it wherever you want to put it on the necklace. Either on the side or in the middle.

Really? Well, thanks, Kairi.

[Now he feels really good about this. And, as she instructed, he'll string it through, next to one of the beads.]

No problem. [It's like having another girl friend almost.] Do you think it'd look better with one shell or two?
